Raw Green Juice Recipe: Fen-omenal!

You’ll love the taste of fennel in this juice. It’s light, refreshing, and the lime and lemon juices in the recipe help to lift and sweeten the flavor a little too!
Whether you’re taking part in a juice cleanse or simply wanting to increase the amount of potently powerful greens in your diet, this Fen-omenal green juice recipe is certain to leave you feeling… phenomenal!
Raw Green Juice Recipe: Fen-omenal!
Makes about 1 quart/ 32 oz/ 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 small bulbs fennel
- 2 cucumbers
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 big handfuls leafy greens
- 10-12 sprigs mint
- 2 lemons and/or limes, juiced
Run all the ingredients through your juicer. Note that the lemons and limes should have already been manually pre-juiced — you’ll want to avoid running citrus fruits through your juicer because citrus peels and pulp can really gum it up!
To remove any fibre and unwanted pulp that may have come through the juicer, you can strain juice through a nut–milk bag.
