Special Teleseminar Guest #7: Daniel Aaron on Eating Disorders, Yoga and the All Aphrodisiac Diet

by | 7 comments

A couple weeks ago when the power went out in Bali at about the time Brian and I were supposed to be connecting for our teleseminar, I received a message from this guy. His name is Daniel Aaron and when the Bali Gods brought him to me, I was so delighted with what I discovered about him, that I decided he should absolutely be our special guest this week for another teleseminar.

He offers Yoga Teacher Training programs in Bali and you can get a sense of what he does by checking out this gorgeous video. Daniel and Brian J. are both on board for helping us organize a diva retreat in Bali, should we choose that as our location. I can tell you watching this video sure inspires me to head in that direction. Chances are pretty good I’ll be going there myself eventually as my new found love of yoga is only increasing exponentially the more I do it. As you’ll see in the video, Daniel values the importance of a raw vegan diet. I’m sure there are a lot of places in the world where I could study yoga and there are a lot of places in the world that I could study more about raw food, but Daniel’s doing both in a place I truly ACHE to visit, so I may just start collecting pennies in a jar for this noble cause.

Here are some of the things we’ll be discussing in this teleseminar interview with Daniel:

I like to try and avoid asking my guests the same things they’ve been asked a thousand times. I like to avoid asking questions you could google and find the answers to yourself. So I STRONGLY encourage you to read the interview with Daniel here. It’s pretty neat. Gives some beautiful background into his story. Reading this will certainly give you a much better sense of who he is and will make the call more interesting for you one you’ve learned a bit more of what makes him tick.

  • The connection between raw and yoga. Why the combination is dynamite.
  • How raw food and yoga were instrumental in helping Daniel overcome a history of overeating and struggles with a distorted body image.
  • What are the joys of the all aphrodisiac diet? *blush!*  (Bring a pen, Ladies!! Take Notes!)
  • The mindset and foodset for living the good, great, amazing life.
  • Why we cannot overlook the importance of sustainable living in all that we do.
  • I’d like to ask him about being a  “Raw Dad”, too

I hope that’s enough of a teaser to whet your intellectual appetite. In the meantime, I’ve got more posting to do. We’re announcing the Green Smoothie Challenge winners today AND releasing our new detox!

Here’s the link for the teleseminar! Hope to speak to you then.

Remember: if you can’t attend

Looooove and hugs,

Tera
