Looking at her toned arms and fit figure, you might think Teresa Tapp was the next Jane Fonda–a fitness superstar. But the truth is, she’s more like a naturopathic doctor disguised in a funky fitness outfit.
Teresa hasn’t just developed another set of ab crunches and butt-lifting exercises. As you’ll learn below, her primary interest was in discovering a way to help the body heal from cancer and other degenerative conditions–she wasn’t looking to get a six pack, but a clean bill of health!!
A Fitness Workout That’s More About Health Than Beauty
When Teresa was still a little girl, her mother lost a battle to brain cancer. During the time Teresa watched her mother undergo surgeries as well as years of chemotherapy and radiation treatments, she began to realize her mission in life. In college, Teresa’s original plan was to become a physician and find a cure for cancer. Therefore, she initially created her method of mindful movements to improve lymphatic function and help with the side effects that often occur from chemotherapy and radiation treatments. This is how the T-Tapp Workout was born.
When performed in proper sequence, T-Tapp pumps the lymph system to help eliminate toxins, which is why Memorial Slone Kettering is using T-Tapp Method of Movement in a 5-year study to help those undergoing treatment for cancer. T-Tapp really is “More Than a Workout”.
Teresa has trained top models and celebrities, worked in the high fashion industry and achieved status among her peers in health, nutrition and fitness. Yet, she doesn’t consider herself any different than any of her clients. She is a teacher, here to share the knowledge she has acquired through formal education and life experience.
