More Spooktacular Halloween Smoothie Recipes!

Graveyard Grape Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2–3 slices pineapple
  • 2 big handfuls baby spinach

Directions:

  • If you’ve been feeling like you’re ready to be buried, you can come back to life with this zesty little rejuvenator.
  • Blend the water with the grapes; add the pineapple (in chunks), and 2 BIG handfuls of baby spinach.
  • Blend until smooth.

Green Papaya Potion

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Blend papaya and oranges together until the mixture is liquid.
  • Add in the other ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
  • This potion will be more like a pudding, but you can also add water to make it a green smoothie.

Mint-night Chocolate Bite

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 bananas
  • 10–12 mint leaves
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. carob powder*

Directions:

  • Blend bananas with water, and add in other ingredients progressively.
  • Blend until smooth. If you should find yourself in a midnight craving and looking longingly at the mini chocolates, you can turn to your blender and whip up a satisfying and healthy bite that won’t leave you feeling guilty!
  • Drink… IF YOU DARE!!!

* A chocolate replacement that can be found in every health food store. You can also substitute with raw cacao powder.
