What I Keep in My Little Beauty Bag

by | 0 comments

I’ve been getting lots of questions about what lipstick I wear and what I put in my hair, etc., so I decided to do a quick little video about what I keep in my beauty bag in case you find that interesting and helpful!

There are more notes under the video about the different things in there if you want more information, but the truth is, it’s not a very heavy bag! 😉 See more notes below about where to get the things that are in it!

I realized after the fact that I forgot a few more things:

1. My perfume pens. I keep those in my pencil case or yoga bag because I bring them everywhere. I love them so much more than sprays because they are subtle and you just rub them where you want them. Also, they don’t come out too quickly, so they last a long time. Just a dab will do! I mix and mingle all three of the perfumes and beg my husband to wear the cologne whenever he comes home!! I don’t know what it smells like on me, but I can smell my hubby’s cologne literally 2 days after he’s done a single swipe. I’ll smell traces of it on his jacket and it totally makes me crrrazy I love it SO much!!! https://secure.terawarner.com/natural…

2. My dental stuff. It gets its own bag. 🙂 And I probably spend as much or more time on my teeth than my skin, to be honest. So it’s worth another video. But in the meantime, most of what I do is based on the tools and information in THIS kick butt mini-course: https://secure.terawarner.com/healthy…

3. My hair care products. I use them very rarely (about once a month) and so didn’t think to mention them, but I’ll do another video on hair care sometime in the future. Here are the links for these things:

Mascara: I can’t even read the brand name anymore!! 🙂 Sorry.

Body Brush: You can get these EVERYWHERE. Most pharmacies and health food stores have all kinds. No need to be complicated. 🙂 As long as the bristles are natural. Some brushing is better than no brushing!

Lipstick and Glitter Stick: In confirmed with my girls that they used this recipe from the Wellness Mama: https://wellnessmama.com/24613/shimme… Some of the tubes were more moist than others, but if you play with it, you’ll find a combo you love. Next time we make a batch, we’ll take orders and see who else wants some. 😉 It’s SOOOO yummy and I looove the colour!! (We added a few drops of stevia to the recipe to make it extra kissable!

Blushing Balm: from www.livinglibations.com

Glow getter and our two types of skin loving drops can be found here: https://secure.terawarner.com/authent…

glow getter – for skin cleansing, moisturizing and hair treatments! The one product I won’t live with out, and now that Mika has moved out, she’s begging me to send her more!!

smooth moves for skin brushing and cellulite busting!

on-the-spot drops for pimples, scars, age spots, and more! If you have any questions or authentic beauty products of your own you’d like to share I’d love to hear about them in the comments! Thanks for watching!! 🙂

At this point, probably the biggest underlying principle guiding my life now, and which has proven to be as true for me in parenting as nutrition, health, medicine, relationships, communication, tax, government, mental health aaaaand beauty or “personal care,” is this:
