Nutritional dynamite! Ginger has long been known to soothe the digestive system, decrease nausea, and alleviate gas. Ginger also contains anti-inflammatory compounds that can reduce arthritis symptoms and help prevent cancer.
Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1⁄4 inch ginger root
- 1⁄2 lemon

Looking for ways to up your calcium intake? Look no further. Kale and parsley are both excellent sources of calcium.

- 5 kale leaves
